What floor plan options are available?

We offer one and two bedroom units

Which utilities are included, and which are the resident’s responsibility?

Utilities are billed using a utility formula, and residents are responsible for electricity. Renters insurance is also required.

Are apartments furnished or unfurnished?

All apartments are unfurnished.

What in-home amenities are included in each apartment?

Apartments include washer and dryer hookups, a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and air conditioning.

What laundry options are available?

Each apartment has washer and dryer hookups, and a shared, coin-operated laundry room is available in the clubhouse.

What community amenities are available?

The community offers two picnic areas and a fully fenced dog relief area.

Is there an on-site fitness center?

Yes. The on-site fitness center is equipped with True and Hoist workout machines.

Is there a community clubhouse or resident lounge?

Yes. A small clubhouse with limited seating is available for resident use.

Are bike storage options available?

Yes. Bike racks are conveniently located throughout the property.

Are co-working spaces or business centers available?

No, co-working or business center spaces are not available.

Do apartments include smart home or keyless entry features?

No, smart home or keyless entry features are not offered.

Are there outdoor community spaces?

Yes. The property features a covered gazebo with a picnic table and BBQ available during the summer, as well as an additional picnic table located under the oak tree.

What recycling or eco-friendly features are offered?

Recycling bins are available throughout the community.

How can I schedule a tour?

Both in-person and virtual tours are available. Please contact the leasing office to schedule.

Are pets allowed? What are the pet policies?

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community with a maximum of two pets per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times, and cats must be indoor only. Please refer to the lease agreement and application for full details.

Is renters insurance required?

Yes, renters insurance is required for all residents.

What is the application process?

To apply, complete an online application, submit proof of income and a valid photo ID, pay the application fee, and receive approval through our third-party screening provider.

What lease terms are offered?

Lease terms range from 12 to 18 months. Short-term leases are not available.

Is there an application fee?

Yes. The application fee is $45 per applicant.

Are co-signers or guarantors accepted?

Yes, co-signers and guarantors are accepted.

How can I pay rent?

Rent may be paid through the resident portal, by check, or by money order.

Are there pet amenities on site?

Yes. The community includes a fenced dog relief area.

Is there a pet deposit or monthly pet rent?

Yes. The pet deposit is $500 for the first pet and $300 for the second pet. Monthly pet rent is $35 per pet.

Is parking available?

Yes. Each apartment includes one assigned parking space, and guest parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Are there guest parking options?

Yes. The community offers approximately 100 additional guest parking spaces.

How are utilities set up?

Residents set up electricity service through PGE. All other utilities are billed back using a utility formula.

Is the community gated?

No, the community is not gated.

Are there security cameras or on-site security?

Yes, security cameras are installed throughout the property.

How are emergency maintenance requests handled?

Emergency repairs are handled through a dedicated emergency maintenance phone line.

What public transportation and walking options are nearby?

The community features multiple walking paths, and a nearby bus route provides access to Salem.

Which schools serve the area?

The property is located within the Cascade School District and is served by Turner Elementary School.

What shopping and dining options are nearby?

Nearby options include Dollar General, Turner Bakery, Turn Around Café, Angel Share Barrel Tap House, Storm Coffee, I Jive Coffee, Turner Market, Balls Brothers shopping and event space, and a variety of local food trucks.

What outdoor recreation options are close by?

Outdoor recreation nearby includes David Sawyer Park, Turner Lake, and the Chickadee hiking trail. Enchanted Forest is just a few miles away, and the community offers easy access to I-5.
